Palo Santo, meaning ‘Holy Wood’ is highly sacred and revered by the native cultures of South America. Its calming and relaxing aroma is among one of the more fragrant woods - no surprise that it is favored by many people as their go-to incense. They are commonly used for energetic cleansing (having similar properties to White Sage and Cedarwood), with a highly uplifting scent that raises your vibration in preparation for meditation.

These incense cones are great for cleansing the energy of your space, body and mind, dispelling any negative/stagnant energy that might be interfering with your thoughts and emotions while inviting in fresh positive energy for a burst of sunshine and positivity.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE : The amount of smoke tends to get a little heavy towards the bottom half of the cone. Please make sure to light up the cone on a heat-proof dish/plate and in a well ventilated area. Do be mindful of not breathing in the smoke – I would recommend closing the doors of each room and focusing on one room at a time to allow the lingering smoke to slowly cleanse the space and to dissipate naturally over time.

Size of each cone : Approximately 4.5cm (H) x 1.8cm (L). Do allow for a slight variation in size. Unfortunately quite a number of cones arrived broken during the long journey from Ecuador, these random sized broken (but still self-standing cones) are also available for a reduced price.

These Palo Santo incense cones have been sourced from a holistically ethical & fair trade company which contributes towards the conservation of the forests of Ecuador & Peru (the main source of Palo Santo trees) and supporting the economic empowerment of the native community partners who steward these vast lands. All Palo Santo wood/sticks are collected from dead branches that have fallen to the ground before grounding them into sawdust in accordance with their natural life cycle and no live trees have been prematurely cut down during the harvesting process.
