General Refund Policy
Refunds for 'Change of Mind' is not allowed.
Aromatherapy Blends - Refunds are only applicable for products/blends that are damaged or broken during shipping, if there are unforeseen rancidity or foreign elements in the blends or if you have accidentally purchased the wrong item by mistake (in this instance, please proceed to order the intended item and the price difference will be refunded to you once we have received the mistaken purchase). As scents & aroma is a highly subjective matter & personal taste is a big factor, refunds will not be allowed if the aroma was not what you may have imagined it to be as most blends have an underlying emotional or physical therapeutic benefit beyond just the aroma.
Crystals - as crystals are natural formations of Mother Nature, they will differ greatly in color, texture & various other factors. They are generally not 100% smooth and perfect as man-made creations and some crystals may have natural marks or imperfect surfaces. Overall color may vary due to lighting, or the color & brightness output of your monitor/screen. Refunds will be only allowed for items that have been badly damaged during shipping. Although we do our best to ensure your items are very securely packed, we do understand that accidents can happen along the way as your parcel changes through many hands & hubs. For damaged crystals, please send us a proof of the damage via whatsapp or email & we will do our best to see how we can proceed.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
